Red Date & Goji Vitality Tea Recipe

A simple, nourishing herbal tea made with warming ginger, sweet jujubes, and goji berries — perfect for daily wellness support.

Ingredients

  • 3–5 dried jujubes (red dates), soaked
  • 3–5 slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 small pear, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 1–2 teaspoons rock sugar (optional)
  • 3–4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
Soak the dried jujubes in warm water for a few minutes to soften. Peel and slice the fresh ginger. Peel and slice the pear.
  2. Boil the water:
Bring 3–4 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
  3. Simmer the tea:
Add the soaked jujubes, sliced pear, goji berries, and ginger to the pot. Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to fully infuse.
  4. Sweeten (optional):
Add rock sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
  5. Serve:
Strain if desired and enjoy warm. The fruit can also be eaten after steeping.
