Cooling Mint & Honeysuckle Tea (5–6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 6 g dried mint leaves
- 9 g honeysuckle flowers
- 4 g licorice root
- 1.5 liters water
Instructions:
- Add all the herbs to a pot with the water.
- Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce to low heat and let it simmer for about 4–5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, strain the tea, and allow it to cool slightly before drinking.
Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
