Cooling Mint & Honeysuckle Tea (5–6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 6 g dried mint leaves
  • 9 g honeysuckle flowers
  • 4 g licorice root
  • 1.5 liters water

Instructions:

  1. Add all the herbs to a pot with the water.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and let it simmer for about 4–5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, strain the tea, and allow it to cool slightly before drinking.

Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
