Rose & Chrysanthemum Radiance Tea for Anti-Aging (1–2 servings)
Ingredients
- 6 dried rosebuds
- 2 royal chrysanthemum flowers
- 4 dried longan fruits
- 4 hawthorn berries
- 2 whole jujube dates (pitted and halved)
- 5 schisandra berries
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
Instructions
- Rinse all ingredients briefly under cool water.
- Place everything into a teapot or heat-safe cup.
- Pour about 2 cups of freshly boiled water over the herbs.
- Cover and allow the tea to infuse for 8–12 minutes.
- Strain if desired and enjoy warm.
