Raspberry Leaf Herbal Comfort Tea (1 serving)

Ingredients

  • 1–2 tsp raspberry leaves
  • 2 red dates (pitted and sliced)
  • 5 g poria cocos (cut into small cubes)
  • ~1½ cups water (about 350 ml)

Instructions

  1. Simmer base herbs:
    Add the red dates and poria cocos to a small pot with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Steep raspberry leaves:
    Place the raspberry leaves in a cup or teapot. Pour the hot herbal decoction over them.
  3. Steep:
    Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain & serve:
    Strain if desired and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • This recipe makes 1 serving (one medium cup of tea).
  • You can double or triple the ingredients to make more servings.
