Rose Blossom Chinese Herbal Tea Recipe (Daily Wellness Tea)
Ingredients:
- 6–8 dried red rose buds
- 3–5 dried longans
- 1 small piece dried tangerine peel
- 1 tsp dried goji berries (optional)
- 1 cup boiling water
- Honey or rock sugar (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
- Place the dried rose buds, longans, tangerine peel, and goji berries into a glass cup or teapot.
- Pour 1 cup of freshly boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Add honey or rock sugar if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
