Ingredients
- 3–4 walnut kernels
- 2–3 stalks green onion (cut into sections)
- 3–4 slices fresh ginger
- 10 grams black tea leaves
- 250 mL water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a small pot with 250 mL of water.
- Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Drink warm, preferably after meals.
