Dandelion Harmony Tea
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 tablespoon Dandelion (flowers or stems)
- 1 tablespoon Goji berries
- 2 pieces Red dates (lightly crushed)
- 2–3 thin slices Ginger
- 1 small piece Licorice root (optional, for sweetness)
- 1–1.5 cups (250–350 ml) hot water
Instructions
- Rinse all ingredients lightly.
- Add everything into a cup or small pot.
- Pour boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover and steep for 20–30 minutes.
- Strain if desired, or drink with ingredients inside.
Tips
- For a stronger, more medicinal brew: simmer gently for 10–15 minutes instead of just steeping.
- Adjust ginger depending on how warming you want it.
- Add a bit of honey if you prefer a sweeter taste (optional).
